Model XRZ-120 Fully Automatic Cartoning Machine

**Equipment Application**

This machine is a new model developed and manufactured by our company, incorporating advanced foreign technology. It is a high-tech product that integrates optical, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. It is suitable for the automatic cartoning of blister-packed capsules and tablets—specifically aluminum-plastic blister cards—as well as similar items. The operational process involves the conveyance of blister cards or items (adjustable to handle one or multiple cards per cycle); the conveyance of product leaflets (featuring automatic folding capabilities for 1 to 4 folds); and the automatic forming and conveying of cartons, into which the blister cards—along with the folded leaflets—are simultaneously inserted. Furthermore, the machine automatically executes complex packaging procedures, such as batch number printing and the sealing of the carton's end flaps. This machine can be integrated with a blister packaging machine to form a complete packaging production line (compatible with hot-melt adhesive applicators).

**Equipment Features**

The machine features a PLC automatic control system and variable frequency speed regulation, utilizing electrical components from internationally renowned brands. It employs a user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) operating system. Safety features include automatic mechanical overload shutdown, as well as the automatic rejection of cartons missing either the product items or the accompanying leaflets. The system also provides fault display, alarm notifications, and finished product counting capabilities. The machine offers stable performance and is simple and intuitive to operate.
