**Equipment Application**

The XRZ-260 fully automatic cartoning machine is a continuous-motion, horizontal-type automatic cartoner. Integrating mechanical and electrical systems, the machine automatically executes a series of operations, including tray stacking, tray separation, product conveying, carton opening, insertion of products and instruction leaflets, automatic batch number printing, and carton sealing. Comprising components such as a leaflet folding unit and a cartoning unit, the machine achieves a maximum speed of 100–230 cartons per minute. It is suitable for cartoning various products, such as tubes, blister packs, and bottles.

The machine features a comprehensive monitoring, alarm, and fault display system, which is composed of various sensing elements, photoelectric sensors, and mechanical overload protection devices.
